Sam Diederich graduated from Armstrong State University with a degree in music performance. In addition to playing trumpet in the wind ensemble, he was an active participant in the choral program, where he met his wife. He enjoys performing on trumpet, guitar and piano, in addition to singing. Currently Sam is a drayage logistician for a national company, which confines his musical activities to the evenings. This is his 2nd season with I Cantori.
